A professional organizer creates a personalized plan to declutter, simplify, and create systems that make your home easier to maintain. We work alongside you to sort, make decisions, organize, and design functional spaces that support your lifestyle.
We organize residential and commercial spaces – from single areas to entire buildings. Some of our favorites are kitchens, pantries, closets, garages, playrooms, offices, storage areas, and downsizing projects. We also help declutter, pack, and unpack moves using our Ultimate Color Moving System. Additionally, we can help organize and digitize your photos and outdated media locally – no shipping necessary!
No! Please don’t. Seeing the space exactly as it is helps us understand how your home functions and allows us to create the best systems for you.
Most projects follow these steps:
  1. Consultation to understand your situation
  2. Sorting and decluttering
  3. Assigning homes for remaining items
  4. Product recommendations (if needed)
  5. Final styling and labeling
  6. Repeat 2-5 for additional areas

We also work to make these steps enjoyable for you and celebrate progress along the way!
No. You remain in control of all decisions. Our role is to guide, ask helpful questions, and help you make decisions that create space for what matters most to you – without judgement.
It depends on the project. We prefer to work directly with clients because it provides clarity and speeds the decision-making process. However, we work around client needs and what works best for their schedule when necessary. We can talk through what this would look like during your consultation.
Every project is unique, and projects range depending on size and complexity. During a consultation, we’ll recommend the best package for your needs and talk through options to make it work for your budget. When you schedule a free phone consultation, we can talk through some ballpark numbers for your project.
We work on projects large and small. Most organizing projects require a minimum commitment so we have enough time to create a lasting system. We work in 3-4 hour blocks of time, and 3 hours is our minimum per appointment.
Project timelines depend on the size of the space and the amount of decluttering involved. It also depends on YOU! Your availability and the speed with which you make decisions will impact how long a project takes overall.
Our goal is to create systems that are easy to maintain. When the system matches your habits and lifestyle, staying organized becomes much easier. Ultimately, it is up to you to maintain the system, but if something isn’t working and you need help re-evaluating, we can schedule a maintenance session to help tweak the system.
Please don’t. We’ve seen everything and our job is to help—not judge. Most clients feel relief within the first session of working together! You would truly be amazed at the number of people who are in a similar situation to yours, and there is no shame in needing help to get yourself back on track.
We have six organizers in Evansville, IN and 2 in Jasper, IN. We serve approximately a 1.5 hour radius from our organizers, but there is a travel fee per trip over 30 miles and 30 minutes to cover their additional time and mileage.
Yes! We help clients declutter before a move and set up organized systems in their new home. Some of our favorite projects are helping clients downsize and move! We also use our Ultimate Color Moving System to streamline and organize your move, which makes the unpacking process go very smoothly.
Yes! We help sort items for donation, recycling, and trash. We haul off donations that fit into our vehicles for you the same day! We can also accommodate special requests for donation to a certain organization as part of your package time. If you have larger items, we will help arrange pickup from one of the local organizations that offer it. If there is a large amount of trash, we can help you coordinate with a hauling company or dumpster rental.
Yes! Many clients spend years trying to organize on their own. Working with a professional creates systems quickly, reduces stress, and gives you a home that supports your life.
