We help take the overwhelm out of the process by helping you sort, declutter, pack, unpack, and get settled into your new space with intention.

For those downsizing, we know it’s often about more than just “getting rid of stuff.” It can be a deeply personal transition, and we approach it with patience, compassion, and thoughtful guidance every step of the way.

Some of life’s most meaningful memories are tucked away in boxes, albums, and drawers.

Katie Ritter

Katie is a Realtor and the Director of Growth at Lasting Order, where she leads marketing, advertising, and strategic networking efforts. After several years as a stay-at-home mom, she stepped into the business world in 2020 and brought a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship with her.

Her ability to connect with people and drive meaningful growth makes her a key force behind the company’s expanding presence. She helps turn the brand’s warmth and professionalism into relationships that keep the business moving forward.

Amanda Bultemeier

Office Manager

Amanda joined the Lasting Order team in February 2025 and keeps daily operations moving with detail, problem solving, and strong client communication. With a business administration degree from the University of Evansville and experience studying at Harlaxton and Cambridge, she helps keep projects aligned from the inside out.

Corene Cunningham, CPO

Lead Organizer

Corene joined Lasting Order in 2021 and earned her Certified Professional Organizer credential from NAPO in 2025. She loves helping people declutter and organize for a better tomorrow, bringing a thoughtful mix of empathy, purpose, and structure to every project.

Kate Schwenk

Lead Organizer

Kate joined the team in 2021 with a background in human resources and a passion for helping people live more productively through effective systems and time management. Alongside Lasting Order, she serves as Director of Heart of Jasper, bringing community-minded leadership to the way she works.

Chan Reese

Lead Organizer

Chan joined the team in 2024 after a career that included teaching, judging marching bands, project administration, and consulting. She loves helping others declutter and simplify their lives, with a steady reminder that the most important things in life are not things at all.

Lori Hudson

Assistant Organizer

Lori joined the team in 2024 after owning her own business and helping her parents right-size their home. She brings a sharp eye for detail, an organizational mindset, and a strong desire to help clients find more joy and peace in their surroundings.

Rachel Cleveland

Assistant Organizer

Rachel joined Lasting Order in 2024 with perspective shaped by life as a stay-at-home mom and multiple relocations. She understands how much change can accompany organizing work and loves helping clients find peace in their spaces during seasons of transition.

Sara Beier

Assistant Organizer

Sara joined Lasting Order in 2025 after 12 years as an occupational therapy assistant. Her experience with elderly clients, busy family life, and function-first thinking shapes an approach centered on flow, daily ease, and homes that support the people living in them.

Lisa Franklin

Assistant Organizer

Lisa has been a dedicated stay-at-home mom for the past 21 years. She’s been happily married to her best friend for almost 24 years, and together they are blessed with three amazing children. She loves Jesus and is passionate about her faith. Lisa has a genuine passion for helping others. Four years ago, she began decluttering her own home and experienced the freedom and peace it brought. Two years ago, she developed a simple, practical organizing system that works for her family. What started as a personal journey has now grown into a calling, and she loves guiding and encouraging other families as they create a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere in their homes.

Diandra

Assistant Organizer

Diandra is back in her hometown of Newburgh, IN for the summer, and is excited to assist with all things organization. She has the summer off from her full time job as a school-based pediatric occupational therapist. Diandra enjoys staying active physically and socially, looks forward to spending additional time with her family, and hopes to bring calm and order to your home.

Isabella Schaefer

Assistant Organizer

Isabella joined Lasting Order in 2025. She often times found herself helping family and friends with organizational projects and wanted to test out her skills on a more professional level! Isabella lives by the motto that a happy home is a happy brain. She has always shared a deep passion for organizing and bringing order to people’s lives. She graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business.
